As highlighted on our platform, our core philosophy is "Fast • Clean • Secure", and we prioritize privacy-first processing.

A. Uploaded Documents & File Handling

Our Service supports a wide range of file formats, including PDF, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Images (JPG, PNG), and HTML.

  • Client-Side Processing: For many of our tools, your files are processed locally on your device using browser-based technology.
  • Server Processing: In instances where complex processing (such as PDF to Office conversion or Repair PDF) requires server-side handling, files are transmitted securely via encryption.
  • Auto-Deletion: We do not retain your files. Any file uploaded is strictly used for the requested processing and is automatically deleted from our servers immediately after the process is complete. We do not read, look at, or mine data from your documents.

B. Tool-Specific Data

Certain tools in our "All Tools" suite require specific inputs to function. We handle this data with strict confidentiality:

  • Passwords: When using tools like Unlock PDF or Protect PDF, any passwords you provide are used solely for the immediate encryption or decryption of that specific file. We never store or log your passwords.
  • Signatures: When using the Sign PDF tool, any signature data (whether drawn, typed, or uploaded as an image) is used exclusively to apply the signature to your document. We do not store your signature for future use.
  • Search Queries: The search bar on our "All Tools" page operates entirely client-side. This means your search terms are filtered locally within your browser and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

C. Usage Data

Like most websites, we may collect non-personal information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service. This may include:

  • Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address.
  • Browser type and version.
  • The pages of our Service that you visit.
  • The time and date of your visit.

D. Local Storage and Preferences

We use local storage technology to enhance your user experience.

  • Theme Preferences: We store a small piece of data on your device to remember your preference for Light Mode or Dark Mode. This ensures the interface remains consistent with your choice between visits.

2. Third-Party Services and Libraries

To provide a modern, responsive, and fast experience, our Service utilizes external libraries and Content Delivery Networks (CDNs). When your browser loads these resources, these third-party providers may receive your IP address.

  • Bootstrap & Bootstrap Icons: Used for layout and UI components.
  • Font Awesome: Used for interface icons.
